Sessions are an opportunity to receive more detailed feedback on what is most relevant and helpful. Click the button to set up a 30-minute consultation call with our CEO, Jared Dickinson to discuss what that might look like for you.
Our 1:1 coaching program is not a standard process but generally, each session will be 75 minutes once a week over an eight-week period. This gives time in between to the most important part of the program which is taking what is discussed and practiced during the session and making it real. Five minutes of practice each day can help to form the foundations of effective behavior change.
